To the extent that money is available, the board of trustees of each large school district shall reserve for each fiscal year an amount of money sufficient to carry out any increase in the salary of a licensed teacher, administrator, as defined in NRS 388.1215, or principal set forth by a differential pay scale established pursuant to NRS 391A.475.
