Nev. Rev. Stat. § 391A.160 – Employment and salary of coordinator; duties of coordinator

1. The governing body of each regional training program shall:
1. (a) Employ or otherwise contract with a coordinator of the program, who serves at the pleasure of the governing body.
2. (b) Set the salary or other compensation of the coordinator.
2. The coordinator of each regional training program shall:
1. (a) Assist in the evaluation of the regional training program, as directed by the governing body; and
2. (b) Perform such other duties as directed by the governing body.
