Immunity from civil or criminal liability extends to every person who, pursuant to NRS 391.053 to 391.059, inclusive, in good faith:

1. 1. Participates in the making of a report;
2. 2. Causes or conducts an investigation of a person who is licensed pursuant to this chapter and who is arrested; or
3. 3. Submits information to the Department concerning a person who is licensed pursuant to this chapter and who is arrested.
