1. 1. No school official may use the provisions of NRS 390.350 to 390.430, inclusive, to harass another school official.

2. 2. A person who willfully discloses untruthful information concerning irregularities in testing administration or testing security:

   1. (a) Is guilty of a misdemeanor; and
   2. (b) Is subject to appropriate disciplinary action.
