1. 1. A person who is employed as a paraprofessional by a charter school to work in a program supported with Title I money must possess the qualifications prescribed by the State Public Charter School Authority.
2. 2. As used in this section, “paraprofessional” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 391.008.
