1. 1. The members of the State Public Charter School Authority shall meet throughout the year at the times and places specified by a call of the Chair or a majority of the voting members.
2. 2. Five voting members of the State Public Charter School Authority constitute a quorum, and a quorum may exercise all the power and authority conferred on the State Public Charter School Authority.
