During each quarter of each school year, the clerk of the board of trustees of a county school district shall cause to be published on the Internet website of the county school district a list of expenditures of the county school district made during the previous quarter school year. The published list of expenditures shall be in the form prescribed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction.
