On or before November 1 of each year, the Department shall:

1. 1. Review all grants awarded pursuant to NRS 387.1275 during the immediately preceding year;

2. 2. Compile a report for the immediately preceding year which must include, without limitation:

   1. (a) The number of applications for a grant received pursuant to NRS 387.1275;
   2. (b) The number of grants awarded pursuant to NRS 387.1275;
   3. (c) The total cost of all grants awarded pursuant to NRS 387.1275; and
   4. (d) Such other information as may be prescribed by the Department to demonstrate the effectiveness of recipients of a grant awarded pursuant to NRS 387.1275 in improving the literacy and readiness for elementary school of children less than 6 years of age.
