The annual report of accountability prepared by the State Board pursuant to NRS 385A.400 must include information on remedial and special programs, including, without limitation:

1. 1. A compilation of the programs of remedial study purchased in whole or in part with money received from this State that are used in each school district, including, without limitation, each charter school in the district. The compilation must include:

   1. (a) The amount and sources of money received for programs of remedial study.
   2. (b) An identification of each program of remedial study, listed by subject area.
2. 2. A compilation of the special programs available for pupils at individual schools, listed by school and by school district, including, without limitation, each charter school in the district.
