1. 1. The annual report of accountability prepared pursuant to NRS 385A.070 must include, for each school in the district and the district as a whole, including, without limitation, each charter school sponsored by the district, information concerning pupils who are eligible for free or reduced-price breakfasts pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1771 et seq. and pupils who are eligible for free or reduced-price lunches pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1751 et seq., including, without limitation:

   1. (a) The number and percentage of pupils who are eligible for free or reduced-price breakfasts; and
   2. (b) The number and percentage of pupils who are eligible for free or reduced-price lunches.
2. 2. The State Board may adopt any regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this section.
