Nev. Rev. Stat. § 385.092

Nature

Effective Oct 1, 1987(Added to NRS by 1987, 667)

1. The nonprofit corporation, upon its formation, is:
1. (a) A body corporate and politic; and
2. (b) A political subdivision of this state.
2. The activities of this corporation are hereby determined to be public in nature.
