1. 1. The board of county commissioners of each county may set apart a sum of money to be used in the establishment and maintenance of a public library in the county. Each year thereafter the board of county commissioners may set apart an amount of money for the purpose of operating and maintaining the library.
2. 2. The fund so created is the county library fund.
