Textbooks sold within Nevada System of Higher Education
Effective Oct 1, 1993(Added to NRS by 1989, 822; A 1993, 397)
There are exempted from the taxes imposed by this chapter the gross receipts from the sale of textbooks sold within the Nevada System of Higher Education.
