Nev. Rev. Stat. § 366.026
“Emulsion of water-phased hydrocarbon fuel” defined
Effective Oct 1, 1997(Added to NRS by 1997, 1310)
“Emulsion of water-phased hydrocarbon fuel” means a mixture of any hydrocarbon and water if the water is at least 20 percent by volume of the total mixture.
