Nev. Rev. Stat. § 366.0255
Dyed special fuel” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2005(Added to NRS by 2005, 1151)
“Dyed special fuel” means special fuel which, in accordance with subsection 1 of NRS 366.203, must be dyed before it is removed for distribution from the rack.
