Nev. Rev. Stat. § 365.031
“Exporter” defined
Effective Oct 1, 1999(Added to NRS by 1999, 1003)
“Exporter” means a person, other than a supplier, who receives motor vehicle fuel, other than aviation fuel, in this State and sells or distributes that fuel outside this State.
