Nev. Rev. Stat. § 360B.375
Lease or rental of transportation equipment
Effective Oct 1, 2005(Added to NRS by 2003, 2356; A 2005, 1778)
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 360B.355, the lease or rental of transportation equipment shall be deemed to take place at the location determined pursuant to NRS 360B.360.
