Nev. Rev. Stat. § 354.59821 – Limitation upon revenue from taxes ad valorem: Forms for submission of ballot question and examples of previous questions to be provided by Committee on Local Government Finance

1. The Committee on Local Government Finance shall annually provide to each city clerk, county clerk and district attorney:
1. (a) Forms for submitting a ballot question to the registered voters of a local government for the imposition of an additional property tax pursuant to NRS 354.5982; and
2. (b) Examples of past ballot questions for the imposition of an additional property tax.
2. The city clerk, county clerk or district attorney may make these forms and examples available to the general public.
