Nev. Rev. Stat. § 353.337
Grant from Federal Government: Compliance with requirement for public hearing
Effective Oct 1, 2011(Added to NRS by 2011, 1737)
If a public hearing is required in connection with a grant from the Federal Government to a state agency, commission or department, the agency, commission or department may:
1. Request that the hearing be included as an item on the agenda of a meeting of the Interim Finance Committee; or
2. Conduct the hearing in accordance with chapter 241 of NRS.
