As used in NRS 350.201 to 350.2013, inclusive:

1. 1. “Par” means the principal amount of a security plus the accrued interest thereon from the date of the bonds to the date of delivery and full payment.
2. 2. “Political subdivision” includes without limitation a county, city, town, school district or special district.
3. 3. “Security” means a bond or other evidence of indebtedness.
