Nev. Rev. Stat. § 33.220
“Employer” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2001(Added to NRS by 2001, 2843)
“Employer” means a public or private employer in this state, including, without limitation, the State of Nevada, an agency of this state and a political subdivision of this state.
