Nev. Rev. Stat. § 33.140
“Tribunal” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2017(Added to NRS by 2017, 620)
“Tribunal” means a court, agency or other entity authorized by the laws of this State other than NRS 33.110 to 33.158, inclusive, to establish, enforce or modify a domestic protection order.
