“Companion” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2017
(Added to NRS by 2017, 1222)
“Companion” means:
1. The spouse of an individual;
2. The domestic partner, as defined in
NRS 122A.030
, of an individual; or
3. Another individual in a civil union with an individual.
