Nev. Rev. Stat. § 31A.012

“Court” defined

Effective Oct 1, 1997(Added to NRS by 1997, 2270)

“Court” means:

1. The district court; or
2. When the context requires, any judicial or administrative procedure established in this or any other state to facilitate the collection of an obligation for the support of a child.
