Purchases or contracts for rental or lease for using agencies

Effective Oct 1, 1981[11:333:1951]—(NRS A 1963, 1052; 1981, 367)

The Administrator shall:

1. Purchase or contract for all supplies, materials and equipment; and
2. Contract for the rental or lease of equipment,
needed by any using agency, unless otherwise provided by law.
