Nev. Rev. Stat. § 322.0043
“Deck” defined
Effective Oct 1, 1995(Added to NRS by 1995, 2510)
“Deck” means a fixed or floating platform or other structure, other than a boat house or pier, which is attached to the shore or bed of, and extends into or over, a navigable body of water.
