The Nevada Attainable Housing Council shall:

1. 1. Review and comment on:

   1. (a) The annual housing progress report compiled by the Division pursuant to NRS 278.235;
   2. (b) The reports compiled by the Division pursuant to NRS 278.237; and
   3. (c) The report concerning housing prepared by the Advisory Committee on Housing pursuant to NRS 319.174; and
2. 2. Provide recommendations to the Division regarding the allocation and use of money from the Nevada Attainable Housing Account pursuant to the allocation plan adopted pursuant to NRS 319.745.
