1. 1. The Division shall submit a report to the Interim Finance Committee for consideration at the last meeting of each fiscal year and the last meeting of each calendar year relating to the Nevada Attainable Housing Account.

2. 2. The report required pursuant to subsection 1 must include, without limitation:

   1. (a) The amount and purpose of all money awarded from the Account during the reporting period broken down by eligible entity and authorized use, as described in NRS 319.740;
   2. (b) The number and the income levels of all households that were assisted by money awarded from the Account during the reporting period;
   3. (c) The number of new attainable housing units that were built in part with money from the Account during the reporting period;
   4. (d) The number of parcels purchased in part with money from the Account for the purposes of attainable housing projects, broken down by geographic area of the State;
   5. (e) The number of households and demographic information of recipients of rental assistance from programs for rental assistance or eviction diversion that receive money from the Account;
   6. (f) The average amount of time for processing an application for rental assistance from a program for rental assistance or eviction diversion that received money from the Account;
   7. (g) A description of the outcomes resulting from early intervention efforts, including, without limitation, whether eviction proceedings were reduced as a result of the program for rental assistance or eviction diversion;
   8. (h) Recommendations for improvements or adjustments to programs for rental assistance or eviction diversion, based on the performance data of the programs;
   9. (i) Any other information that the Division determines is necessary to include in the report; and
   10. (j) Any other information requested by the Interim Finance Committee.
