Conduct of special election

Effective Oct 1, 1997(Added to NRS by 1960, 283; A 1997, 3474)

Any special election must be conducted pursuant to the provisions of:

1. Chapter 293 of NRS for primary and general elections.
2. Chapter 293C of NRS for primary city elections and general city elections.
