Nev. Rev. Stat. § 288.720 – Punishment of employee organization representing teachers or officer of such employee organization by court for commencement or continuation of strike in violation of order

1. If a strike by teachers or an employee organization representing teachers is commenced or continued in violation of an order issued pursuant to NRS 288.705, the court may:
1. (a) Punish the employee organization guilty of such violation by a fine of not more than $50,000 against each employee organization for each day of continued violation.
2. (b) Punish any officer of the employee organization who is wholly or partly responsible for such violation by a fine of not more than $1,000 for each day of continued violation.
2. Any of the penalties enumerated in subsection 1 may be applied alternatively or cumulatively, in the discretion of the court.
