1. 1. The Governor shall designate one of the members of the Commission as Chair of the Commission.
2. 2. The Administrator shall act as the nonvoting recording Secretary of the Commission. The Administrator shall keep the minutes and audio recordings or transcripts of the proceedings of the Commission.
