Nev. Rev. Stat. § 284.020 – Duties of state officers and employees in Executive Department; construction of chapter

1. All officers and employees in the Executive Department of the State Government shall:
1. (a) Conform to, comply with and aid in all proper ways in carrying out the provisions of this chapter and the regulations prescribed under it.
2. (b) Furnish any records or information which the Administrator or the Commission may request for any purpose of this chapter.
2. This chapter does not limit the authority of elective officers and heads of departments to conduct and manage the affairs of their departments as they see fit.
