1. 1. “Police station project” means one or more of the following portions of a police station or a police substation:

   1. (a) Office space used for the administration of the police station or police substation.
   2. (b) Storage areas.
   3. (c) Locker rooms.
   4. (d) Restroom facilities.
   5. (e) Training or exercise facilities.
   6. (f) Briefing or conference facilities.
   7. (g) Parking areas for employees and the public.
   8. (h) Landscaping.
   9. (i) Utilities.

2. 2. The term does not include:

   1. (a) A facility or portion of a facility that is used to replace police services that were once provided elsewhere in the city or county.
   2. (b) Vehicles and equipment used to provide police or administrative services.
   3. (c) A facility that is used for training police officers from more than one police station.
