Nev. Rev. Stat. § 253.245 – Reports and budgets to and investigations by board of county commissioners

1. The board of county commissioners may:
1. (a) Establish regulations for the form of any reports or budgets made by the public guardian.
2. (b) Review reports or budgets submitted to the board by the public guardian.
2. The board of county commissioners may at any time investigate any guardianship for which the public guardian has been appointed.
