Constable authorized to act as sheriff with respect to writ
Effective Oct 1, 2011(Added to NRS by 2011, 1888)
A constable may perform any of the duties assigned to a sheriff and has all of the authority granted to a sheriff pursuant to this chapter with respect to a writ of execution or garnishment.
