Nev. Rev. Stat. § 17.550
“State” defined
Effective Oct 1, 1993(Added to NRS by 1993, 195)
“State” means a state of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or a territory or insular possession subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
