1. 1. NRS 17.410 to 17.660, inclusive, apply only to a foreign-money claim in an action or distributive proceeding.
2. 2. NRS 17.410 to 17.660, inclusive, apply to foreign-money issues even if other law applies to other issues in the action or distributive proceeding under the rules of this state governing the conflict of laws.
3. 3. NRS 17.410 to 17.660, inclusive, apply to actions and distributive proceedings commenced after January 1, 1994.
