A bond filed by a registrant pursuant to NRS 240A.124 must be in the penal sum of:

1. 1. If the registrant performs document preparation services under a sole proprietorship or one business entity, $25,000;
2. 2. If the registrant performs document preparation services under at least 2 but not more than 4 business entities, $50,000;
3. 3. If the registrant performs document preparation services under at least 5 but not more than 10 business entities, $100,000;
4. 4. If the registrant performs document preparation services under more than 10 business entities, $200,000.
