The Secretary of State:

1. 1. May adopt regulations:

   1. (a) Prescribing the procedure for the appointment and mandatory training of a notary public.
   2. (b) Establishing procedures for the notarization of digital or electronic signatures.
   3. (c) Establishing a code of professional responsibility for notaries public.
2. 2. Shall adopt regulations prescribing the form of each affidavit required pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 240.030.
