Nev. Rev. Stat. § 239C.065

“Law enforcement agency” defined

Effective Oct 1, 2007(Added to NRS by 2007, 2962)

“Law enforcement agency” means:

1. The sheriff’s office of a county;
2. A metropolitan police department;
3. A police department of an incorporated city; or
4. The Department of Public Safety.
