Nev. Rev. Stat. § 237.040

“Business” defined

Effective Oct 1, 2023(Added to NRS by 1999, 2072; A 2023, 647)

1. “Business” means any trade or occupation conducted for profit, regardless of whether the trade or occupation is a small business.
2. As used in this section, “small business” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 233B.0382.
