Nev. Rev. Stat. § 235.005
“Director” defined
Effective Oct 1, 1993(Added to NRS by 1989, 139; A 1993, 1537)
As used in NRS 235.005 to 235.016, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “Director” means the Director of the Office of Finance created by NRS 223.400.
