As used in this chapter:
- 1. “Commission” means the Nevada Indian Commission.
- 2. “Commissioner” means a commissioner of the Nevada Indian Commission.
- 3. “Department” means the Department of Native American Affairs.
- 4. “Executive Director” means the Executive Director of the Department.
- 5. “Museum” means the Stewart Indian School Cultural Center and Museum established pursuant to NRS 233A.1041.
