Nev. Rev. Stat. § 231.3721
Project” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2023(Added to NRS by 2023, 3124)
“Project” means a project undertaken by a business, group of businesses, including, without limitation, one or more nonprofit organizations, or one or more local governments:
1. Located within the geographic boundaries of one or more project sites in the State; and
2. Engaged in a common purpose or business endeavor.
