Nev. Rev. Stat. § 231.1408 – Office of Economic Development: Regulations

1. The Office shall adopt regulations prescribing:
1. (a) The application form and procedure for certification as a local emerging small business; and
2. (b) The forms for the reports required pursuant to NRS 332.201, 333.177 and 338.1427.
2. The Office may adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of NRS 231.1401 to 231.1408, inclusive.
