1. 1. “Telephone solicitor” means a person who makes or causes another person or a machine to make an unsolicited telephone call for the sale of goods or services.

2. 2. As used in this section:

   1. (a) “Device for automatic dialing and announcing” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 597.812.
   2. (b) “Machine” includes, without limitation, a device for automatic dialing and announcing.
