In carrying out its duties pursuant to NRS 228.495, the Committee may have access to:

1. 1. The information that is contained in the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History pursuant to NRS 179A.075.
2. 2. The records of criminal history maintained by an agency of criminal justice pursuant to NRS 179A.100.
