Disposition of money collected by Attorney General in excess of authorized expenditures
Effective Oct 1, 1997(Added to NRS by 1979, 351; A 1997, 1967)
The Attorney General shall deposit in the State General Fund all money collected by him or her which is in excess of the amount authorized for expenditure by the Legislature.
