1. 1. The Director of the Office of Science, Innovation and Technology may:

   1. (a) Accept any gift, donation, bequest or devise; and

   2. (b) Apply for and accept any grant, loan or other source of money,

      to assist the Director in carrying out his or her duties.

2. 2. The Director may serve as a member of the Nevada Technology Council.
