The Legislative Counsel shall:

1. 1. Prepare annotations to Nevada Revised Statutes adopted by chapter 2, Statutes of Nevada 1957.
2. 2. Keep the material in Nevada Revised Statutes and its annotations current as provided in NRS 220.160.
